Edinburgh Premium Outlets are located approximately 70 miles north of Louisville between Louisville and Indianapolis. LOUISVILLE'S MAIN SHOPPING HUBS
 

Downtown Louisville
Downtown Louisville offers unique opportunities with the gift shops at the Frazier Musuem, Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory, the Kentucky Science Center, Flame Run, and the Kentucky Art and Craft Gallery. Commonly referred to as Louisville's art district, NuLu, located on East Market St, is especially known for its art galleries, locally owned boutiques, and antique shops.

St. Matthews
Oxmoor and Mall St. Matthews are not the only shopping venues located on Shelbyville Road. Stretching from the malls to Frankfort Avenue are a number of stores and centers selling everything from groceries and clothing to electronics and housewares. Various stores and restaurants can be found in Shelbyville Road Plaza including Nordstrom Rack, Buffalo Wild Rings, Trader Joe's, JoAnn Fabrics, and more. Additional upscale shops, boutiques, and fine dining can be found where Shelbyville Rd. splits into Lexington Rd. and Frankfort Ave., where the Vogue Shopping Center is also located.

 

The Highlands/Bardstown Road

Hurstbourne
A large portion of Hurstbourne Pkwy, stretching from Stonybrook Drive to north of Shelbyville Road, is occupied by a variety of shopping centers and restaurants. Many of these locations house regional and national chains. 

Crescent Hill/Clifton
Running through the charming and historic Crescent Hill and Clifton neighborhoods, Frankfort Avenue is lined with dozens of locally owned shops, boutiques, art studios, restaurants, and galleries. The area's shopping offers a wide variety of items from vintage and consignment apparel to antiques, unique furnishings, books and more.

Middletown
Middletown, located in the east end of Louisville, has experienced rapid growth in recent years. In addition to small locally owned and specialty shops the area also offers large retailers including Target, Walmart, & Kroger. 

In addition to the central shopping hubs and large shopping centers of Metro Louisville, the city’s outlying areas feature quaint, historic shopping districts that offer a different shopping experience full of unique treasures.
