On Wednesday, August 17, 2022, Semonin agents and staff put on their gloves and hard hats, picked up their hammers, and went to work over a three day period on our 25th Habitat for Humanity Home!  During morning and afternoon shifts with over 50 Semonin volunteers, we worked side-by-side hammering nails and building walls to “raise the roof” on a two-story home for another local family in need of a place to call home.  Homeownership is near and dear to our hearts and we are so grateful for the time and energy our agents and staff put into making a future homeowner's dream come true with each Habitat build.  

 
How we Fundraise:
Long before the actual build begins, Habitat is on our minds here at Semonin REALTORS®.  Donations to the organization take place all year long through personal payroll donations contributed from staff members and deductions from agent's closing checks made as donations to Habitat.  Our favorite way to fundraise though is our Dessert Auction held in April each year.  Agents, staff, Semonin affiliates, and friends and family donate cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and even a cocktail party for 20 guests hosted by one of our agents.  This year alone we raised $30,500 in less than two hours!  The generosity astounds us each year.
