“I keep current on market conditions and take educational classes, which allows me to have the most current and effective marketing skills.”

What did you do before you began working in real estate?
“I owned a small business and apartment buildings. I developed an entrepreneurial spirit! I also learned how to work effectively with the public.”

Briefly, tell us about your immediate family (per 2019):
“There is my significant other, my beautiful daughter, who is a nurse, and two beautiful grandchildren who are the loves of my life.”

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
“What free time?? I live to sell houses!”

What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
“Fifteen years ago, I quit smoking. Someone I really looked up to told me to remember ‘you can never have just one.’ She is right.”

“’Ask and You Shall Receive.’”

“Anything light and funny.”

If you could wave a magic wand, what one thing would you most like to change in the world?
“I would want people to love one another. We are all God’s children, and we are all the same.”

“Travel all across the U.S.A. and abroad.”

If you could have dinner with anyone, living or deceased, who would it be?
“My paternal grandfather.”
