Why do you like working in the real estate industry?
“I like working in the real estate industry because I get to help others find the place they will call home that best fits their current needs. A home is more than just walls, floors and doors. A home is a place where memories are made, and every person's situation is unique. From the first-time home buyer to the savvy investor, the family buying their dream home, or the empty nester who is downsizing, I love helping them all!”

“I affiliated with Semonin Realtors in December 2018.”
Why do you choose to affiliate your business with Semonin?
“I chose to affiliate with Semonin because their business model and core values align with how I choose to live my life. We both value honesty and integrity, mutual respect and caring, continual pursuit of excellence and loyalty in relationships. We are the ‘people centric’ company!”
What do you do to stay up-to-date/knowledgeable about the real estate industry?
“I attend Semonin’s Weekly Business Meetings and review the weekly/monthly market reports. I also maintain contact with other vendors in the industry (mortgage officers, title companies, financial advisors) and participate in continuing education classes.”
What did you do before you began working in real estate?
“Before I got my real estate license, I was pursuing a Psychology/Biology degree at the University of Louisville.”
Who is your immediate family?
“My mom and step dad are real estate investors in the area, and my fiance works for the corporate airline division at UPS.”
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I enjoy going to the gym, taking my dogs to the park and catching up with friends and family.”
What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
"'Count my blessings every day.' We are so fortunate to live in a country where we have freedom and opportunity to do as we please. It's easy to compare ourselves to others and look at what we don't have, specifically material items, but the best things in life cannot be bought.”
What is your favorite book/type of book? Why?
“My favorite type of book is anything written by Nicolas Sparks. I love romance novels!”
What is your favorite movie/type of movie? Why?
“Romantic comedies—again, because I am a sucker for romance!”
What is your favorite song/type of music? Why?
“My favorite type of music genre is probably pop music. I like upbeat, happy music.”
If you could wave a magic wand, what one thing would you most like to change in the world?
“I would change the drug epidemic in the world. Too many people have fallen victim to drugs, and it brings heartache to so many.”
What are two or three items on your Bucket List?
“I want to visit at least 25 countries, swim with dolphins and learn another language.”
If you could have dinner with anyone, living or deceased, who would it be? Why?
“I would definitely choose my dad! He passed away unexpectedly when I was 5 years old.”
What is your favorite word? Why?
“Believe. No matter the situation, if we believe we can, then we will.”
What is your least favorite word? Why?
“Can’t. I believe no matter the situation, where there's a will, there's a way. We make choices every day, and those choices determine our future. Instead on saying we ‘can't’ do something, I like to focus on what we ‘can’ do!”
Do you have a favorite quote? If yes, what is it?
A quote I like to use is "What you focus on expands" (from the Ninja Selling lifestyle). If we focus on negativity, then we will have a negative mindset, and we won’t get anything done. If we focus on being positive, no one can stop us!”
