Semonin Realtors® has offices and service centers conveniently located throughout Louisville, Southern Indiana, and Elizabethtown. For many years our company operated strictly from office locations throughout the region. In 2012, our company changed to offer two types of locations for our customers and agents to visit.
Main campus locations are the central hubs where agents and staff primarily do our day-to-day brokerage activities. Semonin has a main campus location in each of the market areas we service. Our main campus locations are noted by the black dots on the map below.
In the Greater Louisville market we also offer five service centers for agents to visit with customers on an appointment only basis. These service center locations are noted by the red dots on the map below. Agents also use these service centers for regular day-to-day real estate activities where brokerage staff are not needed.
