Semonin starts all new agents with a 60/40 split. Your earnings can be more if you are both the Listing and Selling agent. The commission split goes up in your favor based on a pre-established earnings and education scale. Training and support services to the agents are paid out of the company's share of the commission split. Semonin has NO franchise fees and NO desk fees. Your monthly out-of-pocket expenses are nominal but your benefits are substantial. Some companies have other compensation plans, but may not offer some services that agents may find beneficial.
